This project included the sawing of cut portions of existing SOG, removal of existing brick veneer, existing VCT flooring, existing floor pavers, and existing GWB & CMU wall. Also included: foundation extension, concrete roof, 4” concrete housekeeping pad, concrete tie beams, CMU chase wall, steel lintel, roof coating membrane, joint sealants, stucco, painting, removal & disposal of existing SOG, removal & salvage of existing entrance mat, removal & salvage of existing steel mesh door, new SOG, reinstall existing steel mesh door, patch & paint existing ceiling, new chase wall, replacement of VCT flooring, painting of new & existing surfaces, furnish & install new recess fire extinguisher cabinet, and re-installation of floor mats.
