FDC Miami Seal Building Exterior
Construction work included extensive revisions and repair to the facility’s high rise exterior facades including the exterior of an additional five story parking facility. Executing trades such as waterproofing (caulking roughly 67,000 lnft) and concrete spall repairs on the exterior precast concrete panel wall joints.
Project Relevance
FDC Miami houses pre-trial inmates. Many of the prisoners are involved in federal court proceedings in the Southern District of Florida.
