New Security Camera System at WTP4A
The scope of work included the design and installation of an upgrated video surveillance system located at Water Treatment Plan District 4(WTPAA) at Pompano Beach, Florida. The work included the installation of 130 IP security cameras throughout the campus at designated building and roadway locations. WWTP4 is a conventional activated sludge with floatation thickening plant.
Project Relevance
The drinking water is routinely tested at the source (production wells), at the plant, and throughout the distribution system to ensure it meets water quality requirements and bacterial safety. The data is provided to the Broward County Health department.
